Happy Super Bowl Sunday! I have a feeling that a lot of you will be partying your hearts out today. I was at Walmart yesterday (big mistake) and it took a few minutes to realize why there were so many people there. When I saw all of the carts full of deli meats and cheeses, meatballs, and jalapeno poppers I put two and two together. And all I needed was milk and a loaf of bread, for crying out loud. That was a long but very entertaining trip.

Let’s talk about these Meltaway Cookies. They are ridiculously easy to make and literally melt in your mouth when you eat them. They’re so soft and yummy. These cookies are a great go-to recipe for a quick and awesome cookie!
