Creamy and cheesy alfredo sauce that tastes just like the Olive Garden favorite! This recipe comes together in 10 minutes.
Olive Garden is one of my favorite places to eat when we go out. I LOVE pasta and breadsticks! Especially pasta dishes with cream sauces like alfredo sauce. The Chicken Alfredo is one of my favorite dishes to order because of that sauce. This recipe is really easy to make at home and goes great with any pasta. I could seriously drink the stuff.

Made this tonight with coconut milk and it was super yummy! Was very generous for a 500g box of penne.
That’s great, Brittanne! Good to know that the coconut milk worked. Yum! Thanks so much for the comment!
Oh my gosh, thank you for this! I’m obsessed with alfredo sauce from Olive Garden. Can’t wait to try it.
You’re so welcome! I hope you love it!
Made this tonight without the heavy cream and it came out just right, and is super easy! Thank you, for the recipe!
Awesome! Good to know it works without the heavy cream! Did you use milk instead of the heavy cream?
HEY this sounds great!! im wondering if it will keep though? im trying to make a big batch so ill have it foe awhile. Can i put this in a mason jar in the fridge?
Hi Mia! The sauce is good in the fridge for about a week. But it also freezes well for about 3 months. I used just the pre-packaged Great Value Italian blend cheese. It’s a combination of mozzarella, provolone, parmesan, romano, fontina, and asiago.
also, what kind of itlain cheese? do you have a brand you can reccomend? i was thinking if its grated, maybe the kraft parm, and romano? im not sure honestly.
I make this all the time it is such a great recipe.
Great to hear, Michelle! I’m so glad you like it!
What is heavy cream?
Hi Stephanie! Great question. Heavy cream is like whipping cream but it has a little more milk fat in it. You can find it by the milk at the grocery store.
Thanks for sharing your recipe! I’m making some now and just wondering if it thickens up at all? Smells delicious!
Hi Jen! Yes, it does thicken up. After about 10 minutes I would say? I’ll add that to the recipe card! Thanks for the question!
