Perfectly chewy chocolate chip cookies are made a little bit safer for kiddos with allergies. This is a cookie the whole family is going to love!
This week is Food Allergy Awareness Week and I’m so happy to finally have a treat on my website that can be consumed by kiddos and adults with food allergies. Megan from Allergy Awesomeness contacted me about helping promote FAAW and I couldn’t say no to this opportunity! I’ve been wanting to create a gluten-free recipe for a while and this seemed like the perfect time to do it. There are so many families who have to live with food allergies and I can only imagine how difficult it can be sometimes. By sharing this recipe today, I’m hoping to make someone’s life a little bit easier so they can have delicious chip chocolate cookies in their home without having to worry about what’s in them.
If your family is affected by food allergies, Megan’s website is the perfect place to find recipes. She has a son with severe food allergies and knows just what to make for him. And the recipes are awesome!
These cookies are great for kids who are gluten intolerant and/or can’t eat eggs. When you try them, you’ll have no idea they’re missing gluten and eggs! It’s a goody.
