And did I mention it is signed by the authors, Kate and Sara? Indeed it is. I went to the cookbook signing in Rexburg, ID, at the Desert Book with my mom and twin sister. All three of us were able to get a cookbook {or two} signed and meet Kate and Sara. These girls are so fun and friendly. They’re also very genuine and have super fun senses of humor. It truly was a pleasure to meet them in person!
The fact that a lot of you are coming from Our Best Bites seriously boggles my mind. I just love everything about Our Best Bites and the foodies behind it all. Big thanks again to Kate and Sara at Our Best Bites for helping me spread the word about this giveaway!

I love to bake cupcakes! I’m trying to get in my summer swimsuit so I have quit baking for awhile and my friends at work are having withdrawals. I saw a wonderful recipe for death by oreos cupcakes and I have this idea for a white almond cupcake with cherry frosting swirling in my head so I will be breaking my moratorium soon. :0) Oh! I am a definite Baker. Anything that can be baked, I’ve probably baked it. I went to culinary school in Utah and loved it! But if I had to choose one thing I loved to bake most, (which is near impossible for me because I love it all!) it’s probably bread. Bread of any kind. Big loaves, mini loaves, rolls, sweet breads, wheat, white, rye, you name it. I’m actually living in Germany right now working my way into a bakery so I can get some European baking experience. Cuz let’s face it, you can’t beat European pastries!! Then I will eventually open up my own bakery 🙂 I can’t wait for it!!!
