I have some seriously fabulous blogger friends helping me out while things are a little crazy with baby at home! I’m so grateful for the help and all the amazing recipes they’ve been sharing.

Today, Kasey from Heart to Heart, Hand in Hand is sharing a soul-warming homemade chili recipe that I can’t wait to try. I love a good hot chili on a fall evening! Kasey and I have been friends for 20 years now. Can you believe that?! And this gal is pretty darn amazing. She’ll tell you she has five kids, but I have to mention that she has two sets of twins in there. Two!! And she’s such a good mom with a great husband and kiddos. She’s super mom! Head over to her blog to learn more about her and her life with five kiddos!

Hey there!  I’m Kasey at Heart to Heart, Hand in Hand.  I have been married for almost 8 years and we have 5 great kids!  I love to share my favorite recipes, crafts and DIY projects, gospel lessons and family home evening activities, and I get a little candid with my thoughts on crazy daily moments and life in general!  I’d love for you to check out my blog and even follow me on Facebook, Pinterest, and Instagram!

I am super excited to be doing a guest post here and sharing a bit of me with all of you readers at Cupcake Diaries!

Homemade ChiliOnce the air starts to hold a chill, I start craving this meal and my family starts begging for it. We can’t get enough of it during those cold Fall and Winter months!

First thing’s first…get that meat browning!

Add all the tomatoes and the tomato sauce in the crock pot.

Drain and rinse those beans.

Chop-chop the veggies and throw them in.

Sprinkle seasonings on top.

I always give that a good stir or two before adding the meat and stirring again.

Delicious! I love it and I hope you will, too! This feeds my family of seven with leftovers.

Thanks for letting me share this recipe, Alli!

I hope you have fun spending time with that cute baby of yours!
