Chocolate, peanut butter, and bananas combine to make the ultimate smoothie. This recipe is better for you and perfect for the whole family!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie

My kids aren’t the best at eating breakfast sometimes. As much as I give them the “breakfast is the most important meal of the day” speech they still don’t seem to be interested in eating breakfast very often. All of that changes when I tell them we’re having smoothies for breakfast! They were over the moon when I made them each a Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie. Some of their favorite things to eat and drink are in the smoothie, making it even easier for them to enjoy this breakfast.

Jif and Dannon

Jif™ Creamy Peanut Butter and Dannon Vanilla Lowfat Yogurt are the key ingredients for this delicious smoothie. The peanut butter is the perfect combination of creamy and the fresh-roasted peanut taste that my kids love in their sandwiches. It’s perfect for this smoothie! My kids love eating Dannon Vanilla Lowfat Yogurt by itself and with granola, so adding it to their smoothies was extra fun for them. And it’s made with only natural ingredients so I feel really good about giving it to them.

These products are easily found at Walmart in the bread aisle and by the other dairy products.

This recipe is as easy as throwing everything into the blender and letting it go. Let the blender work its magic until all the ice is broken  up.

Oster Blender

BLSTPB-GWH My Blend Grey

Speaking of blenders, the Oster® Blend-N-Go® MyBlend® blender is perfect for smoothies. You can just fill, blend & go! Isn’t it so cool looking?

Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie

My kids were waiting on pins and needles for their smoothies. The smoothies took only a few minutes to make for a quick and easy breakfast before school.
