Grilled Orange Teriyaki Chicken and Rice

Servings 4 -6 servings

Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 c. SunnyD
  • 1/2 c. orange marmalade
  • 1/3 c. teriyaki sauce
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 c. rice cooked

Instructions

  • Salt and pepper each chicken breast and place on the grill. Cook on medium heat for 4-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Set aside to rest.
  • Whisk SunnyD, marmalade, teriyaki, and honey in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil and reduce to low. Simmer for 7-10 minutes, or until thickened.
  • Slice chicken and place in a bowl. Pour sauce over the chicken and stir to coat. Serve over cooked rice.
