Hi! I'm Alli...
And this is my family...
I am a mom of two boys, living the life of stay-at-home mommyhood. I wish I could say that my kids are this good at taking pictures, but the above photo is a combination of four different photos. It was that dramatic of a photo shoot.
My love for cooking and baking started at a young age when my mom and grandma let me help in the kitchen as a kid. That love continued into my teenagers years and college, where I regularly cooked and baked for roommates and friends. Many of my college pals can tell you that they could always count on me to bring over a plate of my famous chocolate chip cookies on a regular basis.

My love for cooking and baking soon joined forces with party planning and hosting. What else was I going to do with all the food I was creating? I love throwing showers and parties of all kinds, and even more so when the guests are enjoying their food and having a good time. Within my circle of family and friends, I've been nicknamed "Monica" from my favorite TV show Friends. (If you know the show you know what I mean!)
Besides food and parties, I love crafting and photography. I'm currently a photography student with hopes of starting my own photography business. I love blogging and I love sharing what I can with my readers (who are simply the best out there!)
Thanks so much for stopping by!

I love making bread and would love to surprise my men by making Texas Roadhouse rolls for Thanksgiving. If I could just get the recipe.
ReplyDeleteHere it is, Nance! I'm so sorry I didn't see this till it was too late. I hope you can still use the recipe for the holidays!

Hi! I really like your blog, especially the yummy food! I'm hopefully starting university in September so blogs like these are incredibly useful. I am a vegetarian, do you know if the recipes that use meat would be okay to cook with a meat substitute instead?
ReplyDeleteI came here from the blog hop! Visit me here http://www.juliaamandamitchell.blogspot.co.uk/
Cute blog, just stopping by from Ginger Snap Crafts. That's so funny that your family picture is actually four pictures. It's a great shot, either way:)
