Brown the meat in a large skillet.
Add tomato sauce, water, and all cans of tomatoes to a crock pot. Drain and rinse the beans; add to the crock pot with tomatoes.
Finely chop pepper, onion, and jalapeno; add to crock pot.
Add all seasonings and Worcestershire sauce to the crock pot; mix well.
Add meat and combine.
Cook on high for 3 hours or on low for 6 hours. You can also cook on low overnight for 8 hours.
