BBQ Chicken Wraps
Whether you're looking for a quick lunch or don't want to heat up the house for dinner, BBQ Chicken Wraps are a perfectly tasty and easy option!
Servings 1 wrap
- 1 large spinach and herb tortilla wrap
- 1 Tbsp ranch dressing
- 1 Tbsp barbecue sauce
- 1/2 c Romaine lettuce
- 3 oz grilled chicken breast cut into strips
- 1/4 c roma tomato diced or sliced
- 2 Tbsp corn cooked
- 2 Tbsp black beans cooked, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 oz cheddar cheese grated
Place one spinach wrap flat on a plate. Add ranch dressing and barbecue sauce and spread over the wrap.
Place lettuce down the center of the wrap. Top with chicken, tomato, corn, beans, and cheddar cheese. Roll up like a wrap and enjoy!

We love using frozen grilled chicken breast strips to make this recipe extra easy! You can get different brands at any grocery store.
For the purpose of the photos, I put the barbecue sauce and ranch dressing over the top of the other ingredients. When we prepare this at home, we measure the sauce and dressing in a tablespoon and spread it over the wrap to make it easier.
