Fruit Bruschetta

A classic appetizer turned wonderfully sweet! Fruit Bruschetta is the perfect healthy snack for an afternoon at home.
Servings 16 slices


  • 1 loaf french bread cut into 16 slices
  • 1 lb strawberries
  • 6 oz blueberries
  • 4 kiwis
  • 3 peaches

Strawberry Schmear

  • 1 8 oz package light cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. strawberries
  • 3 Tbsp sugar


  • Place strawberries in a chopper or food processor and blend till diced into tiny pieces. Combine with cream cheese and sugar; cover and place in the fridge at least one hour before spreading on bread slices.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°. Place bread slices on a baking sheet and bake 10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Allow to cool completely.
  • Spread prepared strawberry schmear over each slice of bread. Top evenly with each fruit and serve immediately.
