Toasted Ham and Turkey Sub with Creamy Potato Soup
No need to stop at the local sandwich shop for lunch! You can make a delicious toasted ham and turkey sub with creamy potato soup meal just like the sandwich shop. And this entire meal only takes 10 minutes to prepare!
Prepare Idahoan® Premium Steakhouse® Creamy Potato Soup in a large pot, according to package directions. Turn heat to low and simmer while you make the sandwiches.
Cut each sub roll in half and spread open. Spread mayo over the bottom half of roll and top with mozzarella cheese slices. Place turkey and ham slices on the other side. Repeat with remaining sub rolls.
Place sandwiches open faced on a cookie sheet and place in the oven on toast or broil. Heat until cheese is melted and bread is crispy. Remove from oven and top with lettuce and tomato. Serve with Idahoan® Premium Steakhouse® Creamy Potato Soup. Enjoy!
