Peach-Strawberry-Banana Smoothies
Recipe adapted from Food Network
Servings 2 smoothies
- 1 c. fresh or frozen peaches
- 1 c. fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 c. plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1 c. ice
- 1/2 banana
- 1 to 2 Tbsp sugar to taste
- a splash of orange juice
Place ice in a blender followed by yogurt, fruit, sugar, and orange juice. Add more sugar if needed.
