Place chicken in a plastic Ziploc bag. Combine dressing, garlic, and red pepper then pour it over the chicken. Seal up the bag and keep it in the fridge for 1-4 hours. (The longer the better!)
Remove the chicken from the bag and place in a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour the rest of the marinade over the chicken. Cover with tin foil and bake for 20-25 minutes at 400°.
To grill: Grill over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
