Balsamic Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 c. balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 c. Italian dressing
  • 3 cloves of garlic minced (or 1 1/2 tsp if you’re using jarred minced garlic)
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Place chicken in a plastic Ziploc bag. Combine dressing, garlic, and red pepper then pour it over the chicken. Seal up the bag and keep it in the fridge for 1-4 hours. (The longer the better!)
  • Remove the chicken from the bag and place in a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour the rest of the marinade over the chicken. Cover with tin foil and bake for 20-25 minutes at 400°.
  • To grill: Grill over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
