1lbspaghettiuncooked
4Tbspextra virgin olive oil
1cbaconsliced and uncooked
1lbgrape tomatoessliced
3cspinach leaves
2tspdried marjoram or marjoram powder
2chicken breasts8 oz grilled and sliced
salt and pepperto taste
1cItalian blend cheesegrated
Instructions
Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions. While the pasta is cooking, place olive oil in a medium sized skillet and heat over medium. Add the bacon and cook 3-4 minutes.
Add tomatoes and spinach; toss and simmer for 5 minutes. Add marjoram and stir everything together; continue to simmer and add chicken and salt and pepper.
Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce mixture. Stir in cheese right before serving.
