Baked Chicken Tortellini Alfredo

Ingredients

  • 9 oz package Buitoni Three Cheese Tortellini
  • 15 oz jar alfredo sauce
  • 8 oz chicken breast cooked and cubed
  • 1 c. spinach leaves shredded
  • 1 c. cherry tomatoes halved
  • 3/4 c. grated mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Cook the tortellini for two minutes less than time given on package. Drain and place in a large bowl.
  • Carefully stir in chicken cubes, spinach, tomatoes, and alfredo sauce until combined.
  • Place mixture in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over pasta to cover.
  • Bake at 350° for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Enjoy!
