{Birthday Week} Hello, Cupcake! Giveaway

Let birthday week continue!
I love birthdays.
{Have you entered Monday’s giveaway?}

My twin Amber and I (and also my sister-in-law Erika) love to make fun themed cupcakes. Especially when they’re simple to do. Our ideas for these themed cupcakes come from the books Hello, Cupcake! and What’s New, Cupcake? – simply ingenious cupcake ideas for every occasion.
Some of the ideas we’ve used from these books include bowling pins (for a bowling birthday party), popcorn, owls (family reunion), pies (family reunion), ducks (baby party ), Christmas tree ornaments (family Christmas party), and more! You can pick a party theme and find a cupcake for it in these books. Or you can go the other way and pick a cupcake to make then center the theme around that. We’ve totally done that too! And you don’t have to necessarily use these specifically for birthday parties or themed parties. We’ve brought them to family reunions, Christmas parties, made them for neighbor gifts, and so on.

Today’s giveaway winner will receive a copy of H

These are the ornaments we made at Christmas time last year! So cute!

This book is just full of fun ideas for different cupcakes. Its also includes awesome tips for decorating without having to buy piping bags, tips, couplers, etc. You can do all of these fancy designs with items you already have at home. Pretty awesome! And they look just like they would if you used decorating tools. Not to mention all the fun things you can do with candy on these cupcakes. Fun!!

    This book would be perfect for helping plan my two little boys birthdays in December and January. They will be 1 and 3. Who doesn’t need an awesome cupcake for their birthday ๐Ÿ™‚

    I would love to use this book for just about any occasion, but I do believe I will be having a baby blessing in a few months so it would be fun to do it for that. I have also already “liked” you on facebook a long time ago, just sayin!

    So, I thought I already had this (thus, my delayed entry) but I just checked and I have a book that is similar, but doesn’t look NEARLY as cool, so here I am – 1 entry for me ๐Ÿ™‚

    I sort-of forgot to tell you why I want it, so here you go: Cecily’s 4th birthday is coming up in October, so of course I’m making cupcakes! And you are “liked” on facebook. Well, cupcake diaries anyway. And you. I like you too.

    The awesome thing about cupcakes is that you don’t need a special occasion to make them…YAY for cupcakes. Seriously I would use the book with my daughters on one of our ‘baking days’ and make some cute cupcakes for the family.
